As a result of the surgeries and experiments implimented by Dr. Girard, the Blood Creature is humanoid in shape, with most of its body wrapped in bandages due to the frequent surgical procedures it undergoes and effectively concealing it's appearance. Throughout most of the film, his entire form is covered in these bandages until it's final escape and rampage, although only it's face and hands are shown during the last portion of the film. As with it's entire form, the head, face, and hands have been surgically modified to appear more human. The surgical process was not completed by the time Girard met his demise at the creature's hands. As a result, the it still retains many physical characteristics of its original feline nature. It's face, hands' and possibly its entire body is still covered in short fur which is darkly colored. The hands are are now more human-like with short fingers and an opposable thumb on each hand, the digets are still tipped with long, cat-like claws that it uses to maul its victims with. The face it humanoid in shape, with a human-like nose, although the face still retains its original physical characteristics such as whiskers jutting from its cheeks, cat-like ears, an arched upper lip, and elongated canine teeth.
